[ Left on Five's bed in party cabin is a present, wrapped in slightly ostentatious blue paper. When she unwraps it, she'll see that it's a book! It's a bit of a trashy pulp novel about space that doesn't get any actual details about space even remotely right but like Strange knew any details about space beforehand. A climactic scene occurs when the main character overhears some plot info while hiding in air vents and that right there is the reason why Strange bought the novel for Five.

Slipped into the pages of the novel is a handwritten note. ]

I hope you'll enjoy this book. A few passages of it made me think of you and our conversations. Likewise, I'm sure you'll enjoy critiquing what it got right and wrong about space—be certain to tell me if the book is even remotely close to life.

[Left in Five's mailbox is a painted card. The card smells of pine needles, snow and a fireplace, and features Papyrus, waving enthusiastically ahead. Somehow there's boneprint snowflakes faintly falling against the pale background. Along the header and footer, the card reads:]

IT'S SURPRISING, BUT... YOU'RE NOT THE FIRST PERSON I'VE MET WITH A NUMBER NAME.

OR IS THIS JUST A THING...
NAMING PEOPLE FOR NUMBERS.
IT MUST BE EASIER TO FIGURE OUT THAN FLOWERS, OR SEASONS, OR FONTS.

[Towards the end of the holiday, they will find a fancy looking gift box in his trailer with a note left on top. The handwriting is done in an over the top cursive that he might recognize as the Ringmaster's, written on aged papyrus with the ink seemingly made of shining gold.]

[Her signature is so massive and florid that it fills up the rest of the paper. When they open the box, she'll find her sketchbook, only its been enchanted to hold thousands of pages instead of whatever it held before, while still remaining the same size on the outside.]
